crawford county's sheriff swat team and mountainburg police did a search warrant on me. I'm 17 male. My mom pulled in with the driveway with her car and they jumped out behind her. They did not knock just barged in to scare me. Tossing me down to detained me. Would not tell me what was going on. Asking for my dad several times and when I said I don't know he called my a lair and stated profanity at me. I had no rights read to me. Only being told to shut my fu#%ing mouth or else. Kept telling me shut your mouth. Don't speak. Infringing on my first amendment freedom to speech. Officer macntosh finally told me after the swat team left they came bc I had less than 20 grams of weed posted on my instagram. And thought I had guns Bc he said they seen a text message from a person threatening me and my response was "I'm not worried I got cameras and legal guns." They barged in with full auto machine guns about 15 of them pointed at me. They found a glass pipe and charged me with drug paraphernalia. Shows my mom a white piece of paper and said she would get it saying it was a search warnt. But we never received the search warrant only a ticket. This town is pay to play. Knows who deals drugs real drugs not weed METH but will only bust users so they can keep that funding rolling.
